I continue to be amazed at the timeliness of God’s Word for the situations that we find ourselves in.
As I write this, our country is divided. Tensions are high, and some have even crossed a line into sinful behavior. In these past few years the enemy has used all types of issues and circumstances to divide nations, churches, and even families. Tragically, spirited discussion of issues has deteriorated into judgmentalism of people and a desire to “cancel them”. Even some believers have lost there way and have manifested acts of the flesh rather than the fruit of the Spirit.
I want to remind you that God is still in control, we can trust Him. It isn’t all up to us. He is able to guide the hearts of kings. He will use even these turbulent times that we are in to accomplish His purposes.
God never intended that we would bear the burden of the ways of this world, but rather that we would rise above it to live a life of joy.
