Often times in business we think of inspiration as a one-way street that comes down from leadership and management. But it in reality it ought to be a two-way street.
At times everyone can get discouraged. If you are an employee, maybe it’s time to bring some “refreshment” to those leaders that you report to. And if you are an employer, maybe it’s time to be open to the input of your team.
In any event, my prayer for you is that you are being refreshed as we head into the summer.
